Room 1 Smarter Schools: Harnessing the Power of Evidence-Based Education
Facilitator Matthew B. Courtney, Ed.D
Matthew B. Courtney, Ed.D. is an authority on evidence-informed decision making in education. He works with schools and districts across the country to help educators turn research and data into practical strategies that drive continuous improvement. Dr. Courtney is passionate about empowering families and educators to collaborate in meaningful ways that support student success.

Room 2 Time to Thrive: Juggling Life, Work & Everything in Between
Facilitator Audrey Boney, ParentCamp Coach
Ms. Bonéy is a dynamic and audacious individual with a deep passion for people. With over 10 years of experience working with children and families, Ms. Bonéy has dedicated her life to uplifting communities and creating spaces of care, empowerment, and support. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Social Work at Delaware State University, Ms. Bonéy is committed to expanding her impact and becoming an even stronger advocate for those in need.
When Ms. Bonéy isn’t studying or serving others, you’ll likely find her dancing to a good beat, spending quality time with loved ones, or indulging in a little shoe shopping—because every great step deserves the perfect pair!

Room 3 It takes a Village: Advocating for Early Childhood
Facilitator Keda Dorisca, Rodel Delaware
Keda, a Delaware State University graduate with a degree in Political Science and minors in Law Studies and Women & Gender Studies, serves as Community Partnerships Manager at Rodel, DE. She has a strong track record of building partnerships to advance equitable public education and whole-person health. Her past roles include leading Unite Delaware and Unite Maryland Eastern Shore networks, coordinating programs at Pathways to Success, Inc., and expanding Public Allies Delaware. Deeply engaged in her community, Keda is active in numerous organizations, including the Haitian Coalition of Delaware, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, and boards for Black Mothers in Power and SOAR. Passionate about giving back, she enjoys volunteering, reading, and exploring new hobbies.
