Bring your experiences and questions to McCullough Middle School ParentCamp on Thursday, November 5, 2026 | 5:30–7:30 p.m. EST, at McCullough Middle School, 20 Chase Avenue, New Castle, DE 19720

Doors open at 5:15 p.m. Please arrive then to check in and sign children into Kids Club before the 5:30 p.m. start

Fifth-grade families from Eisenberg, New Castle and Castle Hills Elementary schools: you are invited! You do not have to wait until your child starts at McCullough to begin building relationships. Join current McCullough families, school staff, educators, neighbors and community partners for an evening of connection

  • Families & School Staff: What Does Partnership Look Like for Our Kids? Explore communication, sharing concerns and feedback, homework routines, tutoring, study strategies and learning resources

  • Middle School, Here We Come! Talk about preparing for sixth grade and supporting students moving into seventh and eighth grades

  • Getting to School: What Are Families Experiencing? Share experiences with attendance and punctuality, identify barriers and explore ways families and school staff can work together

  • Our Kids’ Well-Being: What Does Feeling Supported Look Like? Connect around stress, anxiety, social-emotional needs and available resources

ParentCamp is a welcoming space for facilitated conversation and relationship-building. No presentations—just real conversations. Choose your room, move whenever you like, and share if you like
